**Updates in Zoho People**
- Maintain personal information.
- Track labor card expiration.
- Monitor visa expiration.
- Update bank details.
- Record exit details for resigned employees.
- Coordinate with the IT department to add new employees.
**Employee Folders for Labor Inspection**
- Remove records of resigned employees.
- Create folders for newly hired employees.
**Change of Establishment Updates**
- Verify contracts and establishment numbers for each employee.
- Check the MOL Numbers for each employees
- Complete salary details for newly hired employees and submit them to Ms. Myra.
**Communication**
- Monitor WhatsApp messages for requests.
- Answer phone calls.
- Maintain a daily log of all requests.
**Cash and Cheque Monitoring**
- Assist with PRO requests.
- Remind the Accounts team about pending payments.
**Scanning Important Documents / Filing Important Documents**
