**Job Summary**
The Admin cum Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling correspondence, filing, and organizing documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and reports for meetings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when needed.
- **Secretarial Duties**:
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain and update confidential files and records.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- **Calendar Management**:
- Manage the executive’s or department head’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring proper time management.
- Prioritize and organize tasks to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
- **Client and Visitor Handling**:
- Welcome and assist visitors or clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate and oversee arrangements for meetings, conferences, or events.
- **Support to Management**:
- Assist the management team with various administrative tasks and special projects.
- Act as a liaison between senior management and other staff members.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role providing administrative and secretarial support.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
