Responsibilities:

Develop and implement menus that showcase the freshest seafood available and highlight Mediterranean/Western style cuisine.
Oversee the daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, and sanitation.
Manage food and labor costs and ensure that budget targets are met.
Train and manage the kitchen team, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Create and maintain relationships with customers and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure that all food preparation and service is in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
**Requirements**:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a focus on Mediterranean/Western style cuisine.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate a team.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or a related field.
Experience managing food and labor costs.
