We are a unique sports and leisure academy that provides leisure management services and entertaining sports activities for all ages and levels. We are currently seeking for a Business Development Manager with the below job description:
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Development of growth strategy focused on both financial gain and through establishing and nurturing relationships with customers and partners
- Strategically plan and open the businesses to new opportunities, enhancing its operations and reputation
- Identify new business opportunities by expanding the company’s portfolio of schools
- Meet prospective clients to communicate our business concepts and plans, give presentations to internal executives, before designing and developing mutually beneficial proposals
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Build relationships with school staff at each organizational level, from Principals, Director of Sports, Procurement/Marketing departments to Facility Managers to ensure the smooth and successful running of Just Play’s scope of services within each school
- Plan, implement, develop, and manage all sports extra-curricular programs delivered to children from Pre-KG to Grade 13 across a network of private schools across the UAE
- Coordinate with, and source sports providers/academies for the leasing of the school’s sports facilities. Negotiate and prepare multi-year agreements
- Work alongside each school’s Senior Management Team to ensure all sports coaches and providers are fully compliant with their respective policies, procedures, and practices regarding Health & Safety, Safeguarding, Child Protection and other governance
- Consult with each school’s Director of Sport and/or Facility Manager for the coordination of weekly squad fixtures to avoid clashes with exclusive booking clients
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of sports coaches and providers, ensuring the effective supervision and development of staff, while monitoring, assessing and providing feedback to assure quality control
- Oversee all administrative responsibilities, ensuring organization and planning of all activities on a day to day basis, create coach/provider schedules, prepare contracts, and be the first point of contact for schools and parents
- Establish and develop a strong network of connections within the Sports and Education industries within the UAE

**Desired Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and ability to identify and seize market opportunities.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results, with a high level of resilience and persistence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

**Salary**: From AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
