Are you an experienced and proactive HR professional who thrives in managing human resources across diverse industries? We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee the human capital of our group of companies, which includes a laundry service, restaurant, salon, interior design firm, and play area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the overall business objectives of each company within the group.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees for all businesses.
- Oversee employee performance evaluations and provide guidance to department heads in implementing performance improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies across all businesses.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with management to design competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage payroll and HR administration, maintaining accurate records and documentation for all employees.
- Work closely with the management team to identify HR needs and provide strategic solutions to address challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a multi-industry setting.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees at all levels effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple HR functions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- HR certification or relevant degree would be an advantage.

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Talent Acquisition: 5 years (required)
