**Event Coordinator Position - PetRepublic Booth at ADIHEX**
**Position**: Event Coordinator
**Location**: ADIHEX, Abu Dhabi
**Dates**: 31st of August to 1st of September
**Time**: 10 AM to 10 PM
**Role Overview**: PetRepublic is seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to manage our booth at the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX). The Event Coordinator will play a crucial role in representing PetRepublic, engaging with visitors, and ensuring the smooth operation of our booth during the event.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Booth Management**: Oversee the setup, maintenance, and overall operation of the PetRepublic booth throughout the event.
- **Guest Engagement**: Actively engage with visitors, providing information about PetRepublic, answering questions, and promoting our services.
- **Lead Generation**: Collect and manage contact information from potential customers and partners, ensuring accurate and organized records.
- **Event Coordination**: Coordinate with the event organizers and PetRepublic team to ensure all logístical needs are met, including supplies, promotional materials, and scheduling.
- **Brand Representation**: Serve as the face of PetRepublic, embodying our brand values and delivering a positive experience to all attendees.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address any issues that arise during the event, ensuring a seamless experience for both visitors and the PetRepublic team.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in event coordination or customer-facing roles.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Enthusiasm for pets and the pet care industry is a plus.
- Flexibility to work long hours during the event.
**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 2 days
Pay: AED200.00 - AED500.00 per day
