Logistics and Procurement Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1.Ensure Brand and Products’ Registration and Certification.

2.Prepare and Maintain record and reports of inventory, shipments, expenditures and shortages.

3.Manages and maintains supplier database.

4.Create new product codes.

5.Maintain complete and accurate record of purchases including purchase orders, purchase invoices and purchase returns.

6.Cross-functional communication especially with the Finance team

7.Maintain Sales and Payment Reports.

Qualifications:
.2 to 3 years of trading industry experience.

.Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in relevant field.
- Experience in managing warehouse and shipments.

.Driving License Mandatory

.Arabic Speaker

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
