Job Title: Procurement and Logistics Officer (DUBAI/ GCC)

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement and Logistics Officer to join our team and support our operations in all GCC countries.

**Job Description**:
As a Procurement and Logistics Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient procurement and logistics operations for our lighting company in UAE and across all GCC countries. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, coordinating with suppliers, optimizing logistics and supply chain activities, and maintaining compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:
Procurement Management:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers of lighting products and components.

Evaluate supplier capabilities, negotiate contracts, and establish strong supplier relationships.

Source and purchase lighting products, components, and related materials in compliance with procurement policies.

Prepare accurate purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.

Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues or disputes, and implement supplier performance improvement initiatives.

Logistics and Supply Chain:
Coordinate with internal teams to determine logistics requirements for the movement of lighting products across GCC countries.

Plan and optimize transportation routes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to maintain optimal stock levels.

Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems.

Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient storage, handling, and distribution of lighting products.

Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and legal regulations.

Maintain accurate procurement and logistics documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and records of supplier performance.

Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to procurement and logistics standards.

Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in procurement and logistics, preferably in the lighting industry or a similar sector.

In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and logistics operations.

Familiarity with GCC countries' regulations and customs procedures is highly desirable.

Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in using procurement software and inventory management systems.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Fluency in English. Knowledge of Hindi/ Arabic is an advantage.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
