Personal Assistant/office Manager

**PERSONAL ASSISTANT**
**Responsibilities**:
- No Personal Commitments
- Flexible to travel locally and internationally for business.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
- Conducting or preparing any research that the employer may require
- Undertake sales, marketing and promotional work as directed and required
- Take minutes during meetings
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Attention to detail
**Requirements**:
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
**Language**:
- English Fluently (preferred)
- Arabic Language is a plus
- Driving licence is a plus
Salary Range: To be discuss upon interview
