We are seeking an Administrative Secretary with real estate experience to join our team. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating client communications, preparing documents, supporting real estate transactions, and maintaining databases.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings for real estate agents.
- Coordinate communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, contracts, and agreements accurately.
- Maintain real estate listings, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in marketing activities such as preparing property listings and promotional materials.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections.
- Assist with paperwork and documentation for real estate transactions.
- Conduct research and gather market information to support decision-making.
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones and ordering supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and procedures.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
