**Front Office Supervisor**
First impressions are everything As a Front Office Supervisor, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

**What you will be doing**:
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service;
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling;
- Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, guest concerns, etc. courteously and professionally;
- Ensures a working discipline and smooth team work between Front Office and other departments
- **Your experience and skills include**:
- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset;
- At least 3 years of experience working with Opera or a related system;
- At least 3 years experience in the same position in hospitality industry;
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
