The Real Estate Document Controller and Legal Document Preparer is responsible for managing project-related real estate documents, coordinating courier services, tracking document movement, and ensuring document accuracy and compliance to support legal processes.
- Document Preparation
- Coordination with External Couriers
- Document Tracking and Reporting
- Collaboration and Coordination
Requirements and Skills:
- **3 years' experience in real estate admin or sales support.**:
- Document control and legal document preparation experience in real estate.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and legal knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in document management and legal preparation software.
- Knowledge of real estate-related legal and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus).
**Salary**: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Real Estate Admin Officer: 3 years (required)
