**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn the technical details concerning how our software works and what problems it solves for our clients
- Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and positions our products as the best solutions for prospective clients
- Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after the initial meeting
- Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business and handling the customer account, communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management
- Set and achieve sales goals and quotas and target as per management requirement

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in business, marketing or related field
- Minimum **three** to **five years** of experience selling Software products and services, IT infrastructure solutions
- Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with less supervision
- Self-motivated, cooperates with the team, willingness to learn, adapt and excel
- Superior time management skills with ability to manage priorities independently
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of disciplines
- Must be a pro-active contributor to the team who can take initiatives recommend and implement ideas
- Full loyalty and respect in all cases
- Able to work full time outdoor sales
- Excellent professional image and presentable
- Arabic speaker is an advantage
- UAE driving license is a must

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Selling ERP Software Solutions: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- UAE Driving License (required)
