**Sales execution**:

- Acts as an in-house agent for both buyers and sellers, leading by example by demonstrating exceptional sales skills.

**Strategic sales closing**:

- Participates in the negotiation and closing of strategic sales, using his experience to address challenging situations and ensure successful results.

**Auction management**:
Oversees and supports the implementation of auctions, guiding agents and sellers through the process to maximize positive results.

**Team management**:

- Supervises and manages the team of internal agents, ensuring efficient and collaborative performance.
- Access to dashboard where they can track agent activities and performance through metrics and analytics.

**Assignment of tasks**:

- Assigns specific tasks and follow-ups to agents, ensuring an equitable and efficient distribution of workloads.

**Advice and support**:

- It provides guidance and support to agents in the process of decision making and resolution of more complex problems.

**Performance evaluation**:

- Regularly evaluate the performance of internal agents and provide constructive feedback.
