- **Property Valuation**: Conducting market research and analysis to determine the value of properties. This includes assessing comparable properties, current market conditions, and factors that may affect property value.
- **Property Showings**: Arranging and conducting property viewings for potential buyers. Real estate agents must be knowledgeable about the features and amenities of each property and be able to address any questions or concerns from prospective buyers.
- **Negotiation**: Acting as an intermediary between buyers and sellers during negotiations. Real estate agents negotiate terms of sale, such as price, financing, closing dates, and contingencies, on behalf of their clients.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
