**Job Overview**:
The **Head of Sales** **at ONDAY REAL ESTATE LLC**, leads and oversees sales operations across the organization, including the management of Team Leaders and Agent teams, with the goal of driving sustainable growth, efficiency and continued business success through sound strategy.

**The mission** of the Head of Sales is to strategically drive sales operations to meet and exceed the company's growth objectives. Guided by innovation, leadership and collaboration, their performance is focused on cultivating high-performing teams, fostering strong relationships with customers and partners, and ensuring the delivery of valuable solutions that strengthen the company's competitive position in the marketplace.

As the Head of Sales, you will hold a central position in our organization, responsible for shaping and leading our sales efforts. Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing robust client relationships, not only throughout the entire real estate transaction process but also well beyond. Drawing upon your expertise in building connections and your profound understanding of human dynamics, you will be the driving force that connects clients with their dream properties.

**Functions and Responsibilities**

Leadership and strategic objectives:

- Develop and direct the overall sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and the evolving market.
- Develop realistic budgets, controlling expenses and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.
- Set objectives for Team Leaders and monitor progress towards their achievement, ensuring that the team is aligned and motivated to achieve them.
- Design and implement strategies to motivate and reward Team Leaders and Agents based on performance.
- Make informed and strategic decisions to drive business growth and sales efficiency.

**Management of Team Leaders**:

- Supervise and guide Team Leaders, providing strategic direction, mentoring and support to maximize team performance.
- Maintain clear and open communication with Team Leaders, ensuring teams are aligned with sales objectives and functioning efficiently and collaboratively.
