**Practice Head - Sales will have a strong understanding of Business Process and diverse Technologies having led a large practice**
**covering other leading CRM technologies. The Practice head would manage multiple responsibilities including a strategist, practice**
**leader, operations, people's leader, delivery, and a Presales expert. The incumbent should have managed most of these roles as**
**part of his career in the right measure before growing into a practice lead.**
**Practice Head - Sales will lead an area of practice for Collaborate: winning and delivering client work and offering intellectual and**
**managerial leadership within the team and externally in a defined area of practice. Will work for the executive leadership team,**
**who in return will support the Practice head to develop his/her expertise and capabilities as an emerging leader within the**
**organization.**
**Practice Head - Sales role offers a chance to learn, grow, develop excellent practice, and build a reputation within the sector as an**
**emerging leader and innovator. The Practice head is an important and client-facing role for Collaborate.**
**(S)he will win, design, and deliver a range of client-facing projects within the service area of his/her expertise which will develop**
**over time into new business areas (by function, geography, or client) for Collaborate. (S)he will ensure resources, financials, quality**
**assurance, and relationship management are of a high standard to deliver both client and Collaborate objectives for each piece of**
**work. (S)he will be expected to operate independently and with freedom to develop relationships with clients; but within a**
**framework of intellectual, managerial, and pastoral support provided by the executive leadership team.**
**Practice Head - Sales has a vital role to play within the Collaborate team, and in the development of its thinking, culture, and**
**practice. (S)he will be expected to contribute to strategic direction, intellectual capital, and the written output of the organization.**
**(S)he will be encouraged to build expertise in his/her defined practice area, including cultivating external networks, speaking at**
**events and conferences, and building relationships that can further develop our thinking and practice base. As a key team member,**
**(s)he will be expected to contribute to a positive and collaborative working culture, and to grow as an ambassador for the**
**organization and its values.**
**Among the responsibilities are, but are not limited to**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**? Acquisition of new clients.**
**? Lead Conversion from numerous marketing channels.**
**? Creating a short - and long term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives.**
**? Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team/organizational goals.**
**? Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing clients.**
**? Management of customer relationships.**
**? Recognize customer needs and provide insights for improving the product portfolio based on interactions with and**
**feedback from customers.**
**? Win new business**
**? Lead areas of practice work delivery**
**? Overseeing pre-to post-sales support activities for designated goods and regions while guaranteeing the greatest level**
**of client satisfaction.**
**Regarding yourself, So, what exactly are we looking for?**
**? MBA/PGDM/bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field**
**? Minimum of 5 years of experience relevant field/or sales automation.**
**? Experience working within the IT marketing industry is preferred.**
**? Must have strong communication skills.**
**? Strong analytical abilities.**:
