**Position Summary**:
The HR Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, focusing on attendance tracking, filing, employee engagement activities, and assisting with HR-related processes such as orientation and uniform requests. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting HR operations in a standalone restaurant setting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Attendance Management**:
- Monitor and track employee attendance, ensuring accurate daily records.
- Follow up with team members and supervisors regarding missing clock-ins/outs or discrepancies.
- Generate attendance reports and share them with the HR team for payroll processing.
- **Filing & Documentation**:
- Maintain and organize employee files, ensuring all records are up to date and compliant with company policies and UAE labor laws.
- Assist in digitalizing records and managing the HR database.
- Support the HR team in preparing documents required for audits or inspections.
- **Team Gatherings & Events**:
- Assist in planning and organizing monthly employee gatherings, celebrations, and other engagement activities.
- **HR Orientation Support**:
- Assist in preparing orientation materials for new hires, including welcome kits, handbooks, and training schedules.
- Support the HR team during orientation sessions, answering questions and facilitating a positive onboarding experience.
- **Uniform Requests**:
- Handle uniform requests from employees and distribution.
- Maintain inventory records of uniforms and coordinate with suppliers for orders and replacements.
- Address uniform-related queries or issues raised by employees.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certification in HR or administration is a plus.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an HR or hospitality setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
