Ontime Group is urgently seeking an experienced Sales/Business Development Executive with a strong background in interior fitouts to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential for driving our sales growth and expanding our market presence in the interior fitout sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with interior fitout companies in Dubai
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the industry
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services to clients
- Track and analyze sales metrics to monitor performance and make informed decisions
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to enhance company visibility and network with potential clients

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales/Business Development Executive in the interior fitout industry
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and fitout solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and create effective sales strategies
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
