IT Admin Customer Relation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary contact for customer calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate technical personnel.
- Provide online software support to address customer queries promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer calls and software support activities.
- Prepare Quotes, invoices, and follow up on payments.
- Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewals with customers.
- Liaise with other departments when required.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in IT support.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Prior experience with POS (Point of Sale), accounting, or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
