**Position Overview**:
As a Business Development Manager at Bright Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business by identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and nurturing relationships with clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate target markets and acquire new clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and support.
- Proactively identify clients' needs and requirements, offering tailored solutions and upselling additional services where applicable.
- Address client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback and insights, utilizing this information to enhance our service offerings and improve the overall customer experience.
- **Strategic Partnerships**:

- Identify and forge strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and service providers.
- Collaborate with partners to leverage complementary resources and capabilities, driving mutual business growth and expansion.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking forums to expand our professional network and explore partnership opportunities.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the business setup industry.
- Analyze market data and insights to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats, informing strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on market dynamics, sales performance, and business development initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the business setup, consulting, or professional services industry.
- Strong understanding of business setup processes, company formation, and related regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and partners.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution.
