**Job Description**:
As a Manpower Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the logistics and transportation of our workforce, ensuring efficient and timely movement of staff to various job sites across Dubai and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule the transportation of manpower to various job locations.
- Monitor and track transport vehicles to ensure timely arrival and departure.
- Communicate with drivers and staff to resolve any transportation issues.
- Maintain and update transport schedules and records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of drivers.
- Prepare and submit transportation reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in logistics or transportation coordination.
- UAE manual Driving license.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with transportation regulations in the UAE.
