Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate transportation and delivery of goods and materials, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Track shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, and communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve any issues.
  • Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs clearance forms, and maintain accurate records of transportation activities.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs, and ensure compliance with transportation regulations and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless transportation operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in transportation or logistics, with a strong understanding of transportation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and company goals.
