To ensure success as HSE Documentation Clerk, you should possess the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

**Required Eligibility & Qualification**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant UAE experience in Facilities Management industry.
- Bachelor / Diploma in a related field.
- To be responsible for recording and acknowledging any health & safety queries or concerns, tracking and monitoring progress against actions.
- To provide administrative support to the Health & Safety Project Manager.
- To assist the Facilities administration team as and when required.
- To monitor the Health & Safety software system, liaising with the MIS team to develop the system, reporting concerns to the Health & Safety Project Manager
- To create health & safety reports as required.
- To input and import data onto the on-line health & safety system as necessary.
- Controlling company and project documentation
- Following and improving document control procedures.
- Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
- Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
