**Position Overview**:We're on the lookout for a highly motivated and skilled Part-Time Sales Manager to join our awesome team. As the Sales Manager for our Corporate Division, you'll be instrumental in expanding our presence in the corporate sector. Your main goal will be to develop effective sales strategies, build relationships with decision-makers, and drive business growth by bringing in new clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Seek out and target potential corporate clients in Dubai, including multinational companies, government organizations, and other institutions.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets and grow our corporate client base.
- Research the market to identify trends, keep an eye on competitors, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, providing personalized advice on language training programs that suit their needs.
- Collaborate with our language trainers and program coordinators to design customized language solutions for corporate clients.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to decision-makers, highlighting the value and benefits of our language training programs.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring both parties benefit from the agreement.
- Track and analyze sales data, providing regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in sales, preferably in language training, education, or corporate services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, effectively conveying the value of our language training programs.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Familiarity with Dubai's corporate landscape and an understanding of language training needs in the business sector.
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
