We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our real estate team as a Real Estate Administrative Assistant for Property Management. This is an immediate joining position, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible with 1 or 2 years of experience on the mentioned Title.

**Responsibilities**:

- Mainly property management role
- Assist in preparing and organizing real estate documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are properly organized and easily accessible
- Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the real estate office

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a real estate administrative (Property Management) role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team
- Professional and friendly demeanor

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
