**The Role: Guest Experience Officer**

Are you a proactive, self-starting professional with a proven track record in hospitality and short-term rental management? Are you keen to be a pivotal figure in a rapidly growing scale-up? SmartStay is looking for an Guest Experience Officer who will be fully responsible for our Guest Experience Journey, ensuring every detail contributes to our world-class service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Personally welcome guests upon arrival, provide a warm and hospitable greeting, and conduct property walkthroughs.
- Serve as our esteemed guests' principal point of contact, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and safety throughout their stay.
- Address any potential issues, coordinating with our service providers as necessary.
- Being ready to respond to operational needs during peak times or emergencies outside regular working hours, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Ensure smooth check-ins by coordinating registration of all guests through the Building Management and DTCM portal.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a big bonus.
- Must be an independent worker with a flexible mindset, as the business operates on a 24/7 basis.
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related studies.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
- Experience in Short-Term Rentals, preferably in Dubai.
- Experience with Property Management Systems like Hostaway is a plus.
