About the job
- Overall responsibility to manage IR partners (MOB/MUB) in assigned territory
- Strengthen Swarovski’s Travel Retail presence & visibility; Branding / Distribution / Assortment / Promo / Price / Staff
- Manage sell-in and sell-out for IR partners in line with global guidelines. Support the local Merchandising team in defining the seasonal assortments for IR partners (MOB/MUB) by providing feedback on customer/market needs. Lead the seasonal collections presentation to partners at sales events such as Dealer Days to generate sell-in.
- Responsible to facilitate replenishments and ensuring right stock levels of IR partners (MOB/MUB) to drive sustainable results. Responsible to negotiate and propose solutions regarding terminal stock based on global guidelines as well as managing cases of contract breach with the local legal counsel.
- Build and foster strong relationship with IR partners (MOB/MUB) through regular follow-ups, meetings as well as at sales event such as tradeshows, Dealer Days etc.
- Overall lead for the acquisition of new accounts for the IR channel (IR MOB’s, IR MUB’s & IR key account doors). Responsible for the partner assessment & overall commercial negotiation with new partners (all IR channels) regarding terms and conditions based on the given framework defined by the Global Commercial Management Team.
- Support the initiation of the store opening process by consolidating all relevant information and preparing the SEP Excel file & PPT Business Case presentation for the entire IR channels. Responsible to orchestrate the physical opening of the IR POP's as well as reporting any issues or missing tools to Sales Operations to initiate follow-up actions.
- Joint responsibility with HUB/Spokes on Credit Management related topics such as negotiation of outstanding payments etc.
- Conduct IR POP (MOB/MUB) visits to motivate and train the POP staff, complete visitation reports, and optimize the retail execution through KPI's and VM. Remove any roadblock hindering the IR partners to drive sell-out.
- Define short and mid-term budgets for IR partners (MOB/MUB), break down and set corresponding targets on a partner level based on given plan.
- Ensure that IR partners achieve the defined targets on a monthly and yearly basis by monitoring the KPI's and creating action plans to improve results where needed.
- Provide feedback to Global Teams via the Head of Sales and MD on customer/market cluster needs, initiatives/tools as well as proposing any other improvement ideas.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

- University Degree in marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role with 5 - 8 years senior level.
- Responsible for managing and growing assigned IR Partners (MOB and MUB), the sell-in and sell-out as well as the acquisition of new accounts for the assigned IR territory (IR MOB’s, IR MUB’s & IR key account doors).
- Demonstrate ability to build and maintain productive and cohesive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams.
- Clear picture for career development with strong potential ambition will be a plus
