Front Desk Agent (Russian Speaker)

What you will be doing:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, guest accounts, and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and common spaces.
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian Language
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software or similar systems.
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service.
