Fright Business Development Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sea and air freight forwarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, assessing their logistics needs and promoting our services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential clients within the freight forwarding industry.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, showcasing our logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, and customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain relations with shipping lines and airlines
- Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact the business.
- Set and achieve sales targets, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to represent the company and build brand awareness.
- Provide insights on customer feedback to improve our logistics services and enhance client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with excellent GPA.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the air and sea freight forwarding industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, freight forwarding regulations, and market dynamics.
- High energy and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
