**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- MBA graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
