Executive Assistant to Chairman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Group Executive Chairman. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in managing the Chairman's daily work routine and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be key to your success in this role.
**Executive Assistant Responsibilities**:
Executive Support to the Group Executive Chairman
- Work directly with the Chairman to support all aspects of his daily work routine.
- Managing a busy professional and personal calendar, assisting the chairman in preparation for meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports as required.
- Supporting the chairman in his portfolio on personal/ad hoc requirements as needed and as required and advising on time-sensitive and priority issues.
- Performing due diligence on company/people as required
- Maintain confidentiality on highly sensitive information.
- Attend meetings and take notes of discussions; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.
Communication, Administrative Tasks:
- Preparing reports, memos, letters, presentations, other documents, and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
- Support the Executive Committee as and when needed.
- Provide general administrative support.
**Executive Assistant Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant support role.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Strong time-management skills, detail-oriented, and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, be goal-oriented, and organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
