**Job Title: Account Manager (Arabic Speakers Only)**

**Location**: Dubai, UAE

**Overview**:
In addition to managing client relationships and driving business growth, the Account Manager will be responsible for smartly analysing client business requirements and effectively reporting these requirements to relevant departments within the organization. This critical aspect of the role ensures that client needs are accurately translated into actionable insights for the Business Analyst, Service Delivery, and IT departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client pain points, challenges, and objectives to effectively address their needs.
- Provide personalized attention and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- **On-Site Presence and Client Engagement**:

- Work predominantly on client premises, being readily available for meetings, consultations, and discussions.
- Act as a “social butterfly”, fostering positive interactions and rapport with clients to enhance the partnership.
- **Cross-Selling and Business Development**:

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling our products and services to meet client requirements and drive revenue growth.
- Actively promote and recommend solutions that align with client goals and objectives.
- **Training and Solution Advisory**:

- Collaborate with the training department to participate in client internal training processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations on the best solutions to address client needs and challenges.
- **Strategic Involvement**:

- Attend company strategy meetings to contribute insights and align client needs with organizational goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Service Delivery and Project Management departments to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives.
- **Requirement Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough analysis of client business requirements, considering both immediate needs and long-term objectives.
- Identify key pain points, challenges, and opportunities for improvement through client consultations and interactions.
- **Structured Reporting**:

- Compile and organize client requirements into structured reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
- Use a systematic approach to document and communicate client needs, facilitating efficient decision-making and solution development.
- **Collaboration with Departments**:

- Liaise with the Business Analyst, Service Delivery, and IT departments to relay client requirements and facilitate seamless communication.
- Provide insights and recommendations to these departments based on client feedback and analysis.
- This position reports to the Accounts Director, providing regular updates on client interactions, business opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
- **Solution Alignment**:

- Work closely with internal teams to align proposed solutions with client objectives and expectations.
- Ensure that solutions are tailored to address specific client needs and deliver tangible value.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Arabic is a must.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to understand and address client needs, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and value.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving business targets.
- Flexibility to work on client premises and attend meetings as required.
- Knowledge of the Dubai market and business landscape is a plus.
