**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to acquire new clients across our target industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
- Identify market opportunities and create tailored recruitment solutions for potential clients
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Generate and qualify new business leads through networking, events, and strategic partnerships
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and recruitment solutions to prospective clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and business development activities

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of business development experience in recruitment consultancy or HR services
- Proven track record of achieving business development targets in the recruitment industry
- Strong understanding of various industries including Banking, FMCG, Healthcare, Real Estate, and Technology
- Excellent knowledge of the UAE and Middle East recruitment market
- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus

**Required Skills**:

- Strategic account planning and management
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities
- Excellence in relationship building and networking
- Understanding of recruitment processes and HR solutions
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Experience**:
