Amazon Account Manager

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Amazon Account Maintenance:
Manage day-to-day operations of our Amazon seller account, ensuring all product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and well-optimized for search visibility.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews, questions, and feedback to ensure a positive shopping experience and maintain a high seller rating.
Regularly review and update product images, descriptions, and pricing to align with market trends and competition.
2. Product Research and Jungle Scout:
Utilize tools such as Jungle Scout to conduct thorough market research and identify potentially profitable product opportunities within Amazon's marketplace.
Analyze sales trends, competition, and customer demand to make informed decisions on product selection and development.
3. Vendor Selection and Product Manufacturing:
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to identify suitable manufacturing partners for selected products.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and production timelines with vendors to ensure high-quality products are manufactured in a timely and cost-effective manner.
4. FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Management:
Coordinate and oversee the preparation and shipment of products to Amazon's fulfillment centers.
Monitor inventory levels, sales velocity, and demand forecasts to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
Work closely with Amazon's FBA platform to manage inventory, resolve shipment issues, and optimize fulfillment processes.
5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, profitability, and advertising spend.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the performance of products and overall Amazon account health.
Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of [1] years of experience in managing Amazon seller accounts, including hands-on experience with Jungle Scout or similar product research tools.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products on Amazon, from product research and development to FBA implementation.
Strong understanding of Amazon's seller policies, best practices, and algorithms that impact search rankings and sales performance.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
