The Amazon Expert will need to leverage the Amazon platform to drive brand visibility, increase sales, and optimize operations. The Amazon Expert will work closely with various departments within the organization, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment with our overall goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Amazon Store Management**: Create and manage our presence on the Amazon platform, including setting up and optimizing product listings, storefront design, and content creation to maximize visibility and sales.
- **Sales Optimization**: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth on Amazon, including pricing strategies, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with our operations team to ensure adequate stock levels to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- **Advertising and Marketing**: Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns on Amazon, including sponsored ads, display ads, and other promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our products.
- **Competitive Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices on the Amazon platform to identify opportunities and threats to our business.
- **Compliance and Policy Adherence**: Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines, including product listing requirements, advertising guidelines, and seller performance metrics.
- **Customer Service**: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on Amazon to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience managing Amazon seller accounts and driving sales growth on the platform.
- Strong understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including seller central, advertising tools, and fulfilment options.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights from metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the construction industry or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
