Guest Check-in and Check-out: Greeting guests, verifying reservations, and assisting with the check-in and check-out processes. This includes collecting necessary guest information, issuing room keys, and providing relevant information about hotel amenities and services.
Reservation Management: Handling incoming reservation inquiries, managing room availability, and making or modifying guest reservations using the hotel's reservation system. Front office receptionists need to have excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate booking information and efficient room assignments.
Customer Service: Providing outstanding customer service to guests by addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. This includes resolving complaints or issues effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
