As an **Account Manager** you will act as a point of contact for our clients. You will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships and manage the full life cycle process.
**Responsibilities**:
- Working closely with the CEO on a day to day basis.
- You will work closely with a range of clients that are given to you to manage and maintain long lasting relationships with.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize mutual interest.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure all clients' requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
**Administration Duties**:
- Adhoc admin duties that the CEO expect to be carried out.
**Requirements & Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail.
- A good understanding of the real estate industry.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple clients at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
