**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks using accounting software, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of expenses.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Support HR activities, such as recruitment, onboarding, and record-keeping.
- Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar administrative and accounting role.
- **UAE experience is mandatory.**:

- **Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and VAT.**:

- Knowledge of creating Quotations/Commercial Proposals is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and act as an HR representative when necessary.
