Our client is a** F**inancial services** firm. They are now looking for an **Admin Assistant** to join them.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Coordinate with the procurement team
- Raise PO requests
**Preference**
- Min 2 years of experience as an Admin or procurement assistant
- Excellent Communication skills
**Qualifications**:
- Any Diploma/Bachelor
- administration skills.
- to be thorough and pay attention to detail.
- the ability to work well with others.
