**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are consistently maintained.
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and control operating costs, including food and labor expenses, to maximize profitability.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus, special promotions, and innovative dining experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives, upselling techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance targets, fostering a positive and motivated team culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant supervisor or senior captain in restaurant field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and front-of-house procedures.
- Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Hotel Management diploma preferred.
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
