1. JOB DETAILS**:Job Title: Site Coordinator, Administration(Maintenance, Mechanical)**
Reports to: Manager, Mechanical, Maintenance Unit / Division: Department / Section: Maintenance, Mechanical Prepared / Revision: Job Family / Sub Family: Administration & General Services / Administration Support Location: Das Island
**Others**Safeguard own Health and Safety, as well as that of the fellow employees, by paying attention to safe work practices, maintaining a safe work environment and complying with applicable HSE requirements.Take action to INTERVENE and STOP any un-safe activity or non-compliance with HSE requirements, if witnessed, and report the incident - regardless of your position or that of the transgressor
**Generic Accountabilities**
**Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures**Implement and comply with all relevant functional policies, processes, systems, Quality standards, procedures, to accomplish operational objectives.
**Innovation and Continuous Improvement**Contribute to the identification of areas and opportunities for continuous improvement in the operating procedures and functional processes.
**Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability**Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.
**Reports**Provide inputs to prepare Section progress reports for Company Management.
**4. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS**: InternalHas routine contact with employees and visitors at all levels ExternalHas occasional contact with other Group Companies as required
**5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**:
**Minimum Qualification **Degree / Diploma from recognised university preferably with Business Administration
**Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills**
a) Minimum Experience5 years of experience in Office Administration, Coordination and Secretarial Work
**6. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES**:SAP user for OPTIMA, Training, and HR functionsAbility to use Excel / Power PointShare point, and Portal administrationAbility to create and maintain folders as ‘administrator’ in MS outlook
**7.
