Undergo relevant training.Key Responsibilities:• To work within the Engineering Support department based inAbu Dhabi providing daily administrative and operational support by workingclosely with management and supervisors.• Creating Job Cards for maintenance staff and contractors accordingto complete maintenance or repair schedules.• Coordinating with Maintenance staff or third parties toensure documents are completed promptly and accurately.• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the PlannedMaintenance and repair on operational sites, including scheduling repairs andmonitoring progress on current Maintenance• Managing and ordering supplies and equipment required tocomplete schedules.• Performing inspections to ensure that all documents meetbusiness procedures and standards.• Coordinating with other departments to ensure that allequipment operates correctly.• Assist and give feedback for crew travel and flightrequirements based on rotational plans with Maintenance Supervisor• Enforce health and safety procedures.RequirementsQualification(s) & Training:• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering orrelevant discipline • Proficient in the use of IT, in particular Microsoft Word,Excel and Outlook Experience(s):• Minimum of 5-6 years previous experience in similar oradministration role and 1-2 years previous work experience in oil and gassector• Working knowledge in planning /scheduling • Previous maintenance, materials, and manpower experience• Demonstrate proven experience in Microsoft Office package• Previous experience in the offshore projects includingknowledge of terminology used• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (writtenand verbal) in English • Exceptional administrative skills and highly organized • Ability to work with less supervision and multitask • Competent in developing and applying defined systems ofwork • Dedicated to promoting a positive image of the company#J-18808-Ljbffr
