Responsibilities:

- Handle a team of Business Development Executives and Managers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and meet individual and team goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients to grow the customer base.
- Manage key accounts and foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Have a good and efficient Channel Sales funnel.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the window fashions industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Salary**: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
