**Job Description: Sales Executive - IT Products/ POS (KIOSK) for Food Outlets**
**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, with a focus on selling **IT products to retailers**, particularly within the **food outlet industry**.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth in the retail sector while delivering innovative IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Business Development:
- Identify and target potential **food outlet retailers **as prospective clients for our range of IT products.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
**Client Engagement**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at food outlet retailers.
- Conduct consultations to assess client needs and tailor IT solutions to address their specific business challenges.
- Present and demonstrate **IT products effectively**, highlighting their value proposition and benefits for **food outlets**.
**Sales Strategy**:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence within the **food outlet segment.**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral, presentations, and materials that resonate with **food outlet clients.**
**Pipeline Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress using CRM software.
- Proactively manage the sales pipeline, forecast potential deals, and provide regular updates to sales management.
**Solution Selling**:
- Understand the technical aspects of our **IT products** and effectively communicate their features and benefits to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the technical team to design customized solutions that align with the specific needs of **food outlet clients.**
**Negotiation and Closing**:
- Develop and execute negotiation strategies to close deals that are mutually beneficial to the company and the client.
- Overcome objections and address concerns to facilitate successful contract closures.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years of successful B2B sales experience in the IT industry, with a focus on selling to **retailers and food outlets**.
- Strong understanding of **IT solutions, including hardware, software, POS systems, KIOSK systems, inventory management, and other relevant technologies used in the food outlet industry.**:
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish credibility with clients.
