**Job Description**:

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and community outreach programs aimed at promoting fitness and wellness.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients, athletes, and business partners, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including ads and promotional content, to support business partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to drive growth and engagement within the fitness community.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business expansion and improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in the fitness or health industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, athletes, and business partners.
- A passion for fitness and health, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and unexpected challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
