**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement compliance and risk management strategies and policies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, identify potential areas of compliance risk, and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor compliance programs and implement enhancements as needed.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance and risk matters.
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
- Lead investigations into compliance incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and regulatory changes.

**You are best for this role if you have/are**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Previous experience in compliance or risk management.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- AML / Regulatory Compliance Background -> Specialised in over the counter derivatives
- FSRA Regulations /ADGM Applicable Legislation
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
