We are hiring highly motivated Business Consultants with client engagement and custom software development experience, particularly using the agile methodology. As a Mendix Business Consultant, you will lead high-end business solutions for our key customers in the Middle East. You will be responsible for the preparation and execution of multiple phases; through project planning, development and successful customer adoption. Communication throughout the project is crucial - you will be the "go-to" person for management updates to the customers, partners and within Mendix.

You will play a valuable role in influencing the success of Mendix technology implementations and driving the adoption of our methodology as you work with our customers and partners. As a Mendix Consultant, you will be instrumental in successfully adopting the Mendix Platform within product development and consulting organisations.

You’ll help our customers drive digital innovation by:

- Supporting customers, as well as partners, enabling them to become self-sufficient with the Mendix platform.
- Developing and conveying Mendix best practices and guidelines
- Being a player-coach to your peers in Product Development and Consulting organisations and fellow Mendix Developers
- Motivating clients with the values and principles of Scrum/Agile-led implementations with Mendix.
- Being hands-on, and playing an intrinsic part in the development process using the Mendix platform. You will be responsible for the preparation and execution of multiple phases; through project planning, development and successful customer adoption.
- Helping our customers with your deep technical skills. You will create customized solutions. When technical challenges occur, you will be deep-diving into them to find an answer.

You’re the innovator we need if you have:

- You have 5+ years of experience developing software products
- ** You are a certified Mendix Developer** and have a good understanding of technologies like SQL, BPMN, MDD and Java, JavaScript, and Python (you don't have to be a hard coder, but a good understanding is definitely a plus)
- Are a high-energy professional who loves to engage with customers and partners to drive innovation, and loves finding elegant solutions to complex problems.
- Have a proven track record in delivering custom software solutions in enterprise environments, with Mendix development experience
- You get excited about and have a proven track record for leading and delivering software projects or have worked within an organization that is focused on software development.
- Have a passion for technology and strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Have experience working in an agile environment
- Have a Computer Science or related technical degree (desired)
- Superb communication skills in English are essential, and fluency in Arabic will be a plus
