_**HR Manager role**_ - to develop and execute human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, training and development, and compensation.
- Manage the HR department with recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, arranging interviews, and maintaining applicant records
- Manage and collaborate with administrative department the onboarding process by preparing necessary paperwork, coordinating orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
- Support benefits administration and maintain accurate employee records
- Administer payroll and payroll records and keep accounts appraised of any changes
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
- Conduct performance and salary reviews
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team
- Planning organizational structure and job roles involves defining what roles are needed in the organization, what responsibilities each role has, and how these roles interact
- Using HR metrics to inform decisions involves collecting data on HR-related factors, such as turnover, recruitment, employee engagement, and using this data to make informed decisions
- **PRO role**_ - to provide quick, efficient and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and Business Licenses to the company and its group, adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices. Respond effectively to the demands of the Businesses, employees and their families to assist them on all government related services.
Stated below, some of the job duties and responsibilities:
- Monitor and update the company on all aspects of registration, licensing, permits, and payments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Establish and maintain positive relationships with the judicial systems, legal structures, and various government agencies to obtain necessary approvals for the company and its commercial activities
- Represent the company before local authorities and obtain necessary business licenses.
- Understand and fulfil the requirements of the Immigration & Labor Department, processing and obtaining related documents such as labor approval, entry permits, employment visas, labor cards
- labor contracts, residence visas, and other necessary clearances.
- Build and foster strong working relationships w/local and national government offices, acting as a
- Liaison between the company and governmental bodies
- Maintain and manage the company's authorized stamps, official governmental letters, and certified
- Provide letters sent to the government
- Assist when the need arises, represent the company at different offices like Airport Embassies, Police
- Visit Station, Ministries/Municipalities and other government Departments
- Respond / deal promptly and productively on general enquiries about PRO functions
- Provide information, and support the HR department by making recommendations on best practices
- Provide expert advice to business and employees on all visa formalities and all other gov’t related procedures
- TO-DO-NOW jobs always have to be evaluated, prioritized and accomplished at short notices.
Minimum 5 years UAE experience.
