**General Purpose**

**Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities**
- Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and your team, and achieve all objectives for service, productivity, and quality
- Provides product/service information by answering questions; and offering assistance.
- Maintains call center database by entering and verifying information; and updating contact log.
- Improves quality results by recommending changes.
- Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions, cancellations, and confirmations are handled appropriately
- Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; and reporting malfunctions.
- Create and maintain a record of daily problems and remedial actions taken, using a call-center database
- Leverage data and insights gathered by the call center to recommend and influence process improvements
- Enhances the organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- enter new customer information into system
- identify and escalate priority issues
- route calls to appropriate resource
- follow up customer calls where necessary
- complete call logs
- produce call reports

**Education and Experience**
- high school diploma or equivalent
- Arabic and English language is a must.
- knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- some experience in a call center or customer service environment
- good data entry and typing skills
- knowledge of administration and clerical processes.
- Experience in consumer electronics will be an added advantage
